Our members ask us to do all manner of tasks, from outsourcing the mundane and tiresome aspects of their lives to the things they simply don’t have the time or the know-how to tackle. Our expertise, contacts and relationships make us their obvious first call.
Our members also appreciate our great value. £18 per month affords them unlimited access to our team; many of our services are free. Obviously, if we have to send someone out, or buy something on their behalf then we bill it back to them by card, direct debit, but unlike many concierge firms we always aim to secure the best price and try to save them money and time. That is what CityButler is all about.
The process couldn’t be simpler. Members can get in touch via phone (we’re a personal service, we love talking to our members), via email, via the members’ area of the website, text, even BBM! We deal with all requests with total discretion and transparency, you can track a request on our website, you’ll know what it’ll cost up-front.
